Definitions:
“The School” means the ITM University, Gwalior, (M.P.) and/or its
Managing Committee.
“Payment” means payment made online for fees of student of the School or contribution to the
School.
“Payment Gateway” means HDFC bank which is the payment gateway for the online Payment.
“Payee” means the person/parents who is making online Payment.
Amount of Payment
The amount of Payment done for Fees or contribution is inclusive of all transaction charges/fees
payable to Payment Gateway or any other charges like taxes etc. payable to any Statutory
bodies set by Government of India.
Receipt of Payment
The Payment Gateway either confirms or rejects the status of payment to our web application at
the time of online Payment.
With rejection the Payee shall be informed immediately regarding the failure.
But with success the real receipt of Payment occurs few days after the date of online payment.
The actual number of days depends upon Payment Gateway and Payee’s financial organization
like Credit/Card service provider and banks.
Only after getting the final confirmation from the Payment Gateway, will the financial accounting
books of the School be updated.
Refund Policy
Payment once made shall not be refunded under any circumstance.

Legalities
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage
arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of
the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank
from time to time.
All matters of dispute are subject to Gwalior jurisdiction only.
