HPES

The program is divided into four modules of 20 hours each. Module one shall focus on Spoken English skills. Module two shall cover Communication Skills. Module three shall cover Soft Skills with focus on personality enhancement and the fourth and final module on Campus preparation.

The training program shall begin with a pre assessment as a part of spoken English. Each student shall set specific goal for the next 30 days, to be achieved before commencement ofmodule two. After completion of module one a feedback shall be taken from the students as per format used by us.

A review of the goals set by the students before the start of the first module shall be done to commence the second module. The objective of this module is to conduct the sessions in activity mode so that the students are able to use and imbibe the skills by doing activities in the class. A feedback shall be conducted at the end of module two as per format used by us.

Module three and four shall be conducted in workshop mode to ensure that students are able to use the skills as an integral part of their day to day lives. A feedback shall be conducted at the end of module three as per format used by us. A final assessment of the students shall be done after module four
