ITM School of Management organizes 9th Innovation Summit 2021 (25-26 February 2021)
The year’s 9th innovation summit was focused on the theme of “Opportunities and Challenges for Business Due to Covid-19”. Innovation means creating new things, applying innovation in business is creating new process to run the organization, productivity and continuity. Speakers included Prof. Raghuvir Singh, Vice Chancellor, TMU Moradabad. He shared insights about the technology in India and focused on solving the society problems. Dr. Daulat Singh, Pro-Chancellor, ITM University Gwalior highlighted the need of Innovation in Education system and importance of co-curricular activities for the students. Mr. Manish Bhat, Senior Manager Treasury Whirlpool Corporation-USA shared his rich insights regarding opportunities and challenges in the financial sector due to Covid 19. Ms. Aditi Mutatkar, Head-Women in Sports Initiative and former International Badminton player discussed the operation models of Sports in NPOs. Mr. Mudit Dantwate, Co-Founder and CEO Dozee shared his experiences in Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies in Health Care. The entrepreneur spoke about his journey both successful and unsuccessful, to mention about how his life turned and showed the path to innovation which led to his startup.”.
Day 2 of innovation summit 2021 included eminent speakers both from USA and India. Mr. Ajit Chandorkar, VP and Head, L&T Technology Services, North America discussed about the digitalization of business process and global supply chain. Dr. S. K. Narayankhedkar, Pro-Vice Chancellor ITM University Gwalior shared rich insights to explore business opportunities using innovation with a focus to benefit the society. Mr. Neeraj Khandekar, Vice President, CLP India Pvt. Ltd discussed his vast experiences regarding opportunities and challenges in energy sector due to Covid- 19. Prof. Keshav Kansana, HoD School of Management, delivered vote of thanks and congratulated the organizing team for a successful event.
The two-day event saw enthusiastic participation and offered a platform for innovation enthusiasts with a unique mix of corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, academicians, research scholars and the students. The participants were enthralled by the eminent speakers throughout the two day lively E-Summit.
