Three Aces-Employability Skills program for MBA students at University, the best private university in MP and India is a multidisciplinary University with an aim to foster the highest quality teaching and research across the academic spectrum. The University has been crowned with more than 30 awards and ranked 24 times among the best Universities of India by government and other agencies. The University was ranked 32nd in Management (best MBA college in Gwalior / MP) and 58th in Engineering programs (Best engineering colleges in India) respectively by the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) Government of India in 2016. A diverse workshop on employability skills was conducted by the School of Management at ITM University, Gwalior. Coordinated by Dean SOM Dr Vandana Bharti and Head of Department Dr Keshav Kansana, the sessions were organized in 3 venues across the University. Imparting basic management skills in Leadership, presentation, Group discussion, Interviews, Confidence etc, the course aims to equip the students with the skills necessary to penetrate a corporate career and fulfil its basic requirements. ‘7 Habits of highly effective people’ a book by Dr Stephen R Covey conveys the habits and practices followed by top leaders and senior-level executives of some of the most popular firms. Along with Mock Interviews, Group Discussions and Introduction Training, the ‘Three Aces-Employability Skills program’ also included sessions on the practices and life-changing habits portrayed by Dr Stephen R Covey in the book. The expert trainers easily blended within the MBA student groups of ITM University to train them. The insights were well received and implemented by the students who are now confidently looking forward to a glorious corporate career ahead.

A Chartered Accountant by Profession and a trainer by passion, Mr KM Padmanabhan applied amazing teaching and learning methods to educate the MBA students of University. He and his team of hard working professionals have been efficient in imparting the basic management principles and techniques to overcome a lot of practical problems like fear, anxiety, public speaking, presentation etc. His long experience in working with students of institutions like IIM Ahmadabad and IIM Bangalore helped a lot in creating an interactive and comfortable environment for the students.
