About The Itm University

The Pharmacy in Focus: "Innovations, Education, and Practice for the Next Generation of Healthcare" conference will explore the evolving role of pharmacists in healthcare. It will highlight innovations in personalized medicine, digital health, and interdisciplinary care, while examining how pharmacy education will adapt to prepare future practitioners. The conference will focus on strategies to enhance patient care, improve medication management, and emphasize the growing importance of pharmacists in shaping the future of healthcare. Attendees will gain valuable insights into the trends and developments that will drive the next generation of pharmacy practice and patient outcomes.

Who Should Attend The Conference?

This conference welcomes participation from pharmacy graduates, post-graduate students, research scholars, and professionals across various sectors including academia, regulatory affairs, industry, research and development, quality assurance, Ayurveda experts, pharmacovigilance etc. Practicing pharmacists from community, hospital, and clinical settings are also invited to join and benefit from the pannel discussions and networking opportunities.

Oral/Poster Presentation

Poster boards will be provided for poster presentation. Each poster will be allotted a board space measuring (inch 36”*48”). The text should be rendered with a sufficiently large font to be legible from a distance of 1-2 meters. Graphs, tables, figures, photographs or maps be used within the limits of the board space allocated. The duration of oral presentation shall be of 10 minutes. Details for oral presentation shall be shared in due course of time.

Awards

Best oral/poster presentations will be awarded in the valedictory function of the conference in each category with first, second and third positions.

Accommodation

Gwalior has a number of hotels with a tariff ranging from INR 1500/- to INR 5500/- Hotels are located within a radius of about 10 km from the ITM University campus. Those who are desirous

of hotel accommodation are requested to inform the organizer well in advance.

Registration for the conference can be done online through link. The last date of registration shall be 15 March, 2025.

Call For Abstracts

The local Organizing Committee of NCIEP-2025 Conference is pleased to invite the submission of an abstract for Poster presentation on wide areas of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Technology. All accepted abstracts will be published in the Souvenir cum Abstract book, and selected full length paper will be published in indexed book with ISBN. Scientific research findings/ reviews/ case studies of original, unpublished work are invited for a poster presentation. The abstract should be submitted in MS Word. The abstract should not be more than 250 words and should be in Times New Roman (font size 12 with title in bold). The name of the first author should be in bold, corresponding author’s name should be bold and marked with an *asterisk. Next, after the names, affiliation should be given along with mail id, and should be compulsorily registered for the conference. The poster preparation guidelines will be sent to the corresponding author via email if his/her abstract is selected by the Scientific Committee of NCIEP Conference.

The abstracts shall be submitted by sending the email to nciepsop@itmuniversity.ac.in . To present a poster, the presenting author must be a registered delegate of the conference. Best abstracts in each category will be called for Oral Presentation after the acceptance of Presenting Author. The last date for acceptance of 10 March 2025.
