International Students Division

Each international student is very well taken care off. We at ITM University Gwalior believe in the Home away from Home Factor.
Following are the requirement which international students need to check before and post arrival In India.

Before Arrival

Each Student is individually counseled for the desired course and all information is given to the student.
Post assessment of educational documentation and passport verification a provisional admission offer is given to the student. This provisional admission act as an essential documentation at the time of applying for the visa.
All contact information about the admission procedure is given before the student starts off from his/her home country.

Post Arrival

Upon arrival of the student, Single point of contact at university is introduced.
All documentation procedures and assessment of original records are checked.
Student undergoes the orientation program and the code of conduct policy.
Student is provided with the rules and regulation of the university along with the university handbook.
A brief tour of the university along with the introduction to the respective heads and deans of the department.
FRRO Introduction and guidelines provided to each student.
Registration procedure of FRRO within the given timeline is conducted.
