The mission of the sports and fitness program is to provide the university community with vigorous, enjoyable, and health-promoting physical activities that foster wellness and personal development. ACHIEVEMENTS IN SPORTS

ITM University athletes have been making headlines throughout the 2023-24 season! The Women’s Basketball and Hockey teams dominated the West Zone Championships, securing gold medals in their respective categories. The Women’s Hockey team further solidified their dominance with a gold medal at the All India Inter University Championship and a silver medal at the Khelo India University Games.Beyond team sports, individual athletes shone brightly. Mr. Harsh Pratap and Ms. Vaishali clinched gold medals at the Open National Taekwondo Championship held in Manali, while Mr. Deepander, Mr. Lalit, and Mr. Sachin brought home bronze medals. ITM University’s boxing and wrestling programs also saw success, with Miss Laxmi securing a silver medal at the West Zone Inter University Boxing Championship and Mr. Sagar grabbing a gold medal at the South West Zone Inter University Wrestling Championship, followed by a bronze medal at the Senior National Championship. Miss Humanshi Gurjar added to the tally with a bronze medal in the 46 kg weight category at the Asmita Khelo India Games.Congratulations to all these outstanding athletes for their dedication and exceptional performances!
